Stan Price

Principal and Co-Founder

Stan is responsible for client relationships and delivery, day-to-day operations management, sales and strategic planning. He has 26 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, new business development, strategic planning, energy marketing, customer service, engineering, utility operations, sales and information technology. Past experience includes leadership positions at Utilipro, AGL Investments and AGL Resources. Stan holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and a MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.

Rich Waldis

Principal and Chief Technology Officer

Rich is responsible for software development, technology infrastructure and interfaces with all client systems and data sources. Rich has 20 years of professional services and consulting experience. Prior to joining Integratec full-time in 2003, Rich started and grew Axia Consulting, where he helped Integratec build its delivery infrastructure. Before Axia, Rich spent 8 years at Andersen Consulting. Rich received his undergraduate business degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Georgia.

Dave Czabala

Principal and Co-Founder

Dave is responsible for sales and marketing, client relationship management and strategic planning. He has 25 years’ experience in sales, sales management, business development, consulting and accounting. Past experience includes sales and sales management positions at Headstrong, Ernst & Young and Digital Systems International and as a CPA with Ernst & Whinney. Dave holds a BS degree in Accounting from Clemson University.
