Risk Management – accurate, complete and timely data

The premise of Integratec’s data management services is to capture the investment data accurately and on-time without dictating formats to the source data provider (general partners, management companies, syndicators, fund managers and accountants).

For this reason, Integratec has developed secure, controlled, repeatable processes that receive source data in whatever format available, applies client-defined business rules, logic and validation procedures and creates a consistent output format for upload into Investor Central or our clients’ reporting database.

The data we collect and process includes monthly and quarterly property operating statements and occupancy, annual budgets, tax returns, audits, underwriting models and other source data which, when treated consistently, provides an accurate, complete picture of our clients’ investments and loans.

Our integrated software applications and processes includes workflow management, notification and tracking systems, a document repository, validation programs and our financial statement mapping program. All received and validated data is stored in a Microsoft SQL database. All applications and client data are hosted at SunGard in a world-class hardened data center.

Workflow

Integratec's workflow engine provides secure access to more than 1600 data fields which Integratec has the ability to capture and manage. All data fields are grouped logically and presented in associated screens, including Property, Building, Unit, Unit Type, Fund, Investor, Financial, Tax, Occupancy, Partnership Agreement, Related Parties and Third Parties.

  • Filter and sort capability by any key field on each data screen.


  • View and print pop-up reports which show progress on any task along with related data.


  • Provides secure “front-end” data input mechanism for existing systems.


  • Field level validation based on user-defined business rules.


  • Audit trails show which user changed a field value, when it was changed, and new/old value.


  • User-defined collection rules (such as frequency of collection) by data and document type, for each entity.


  • Notification emails can be driven by collection rules – user defines both the message content and the email distribution list.


  • View every data item and its status (due, received, under review, approved, processed, etc.) and generate ad hoc reports of all items or just those selected through the filtering process.
Fully customizable with your logo and colors.

Role-based security allows clients to define users and assign them to roles such as read/write, read-only and administrator. Extend access to 3rd parties while limiting their access to view only the properties and documents assigned to them. All passwords are encrypted in the underlying MS SQL database.

Data security, backup, disaster recovery and hot site capability is assured through our data center relationship with SunGard. SunGard is a SAS 70 Type II and ISO9003 certified data center, and our environment has been stress tested by some of the largest financial institutions in the world.

Document Repository

The document repository is a fully integrated component of Integratec’s workflow application.

All of the source documents which we collect for our clients are stored logically by entity and date. In addition, clients can also use the document repository to attach any type of electronic document to any entity. These entities include properties, funds, owners, property managers, developers, auditors, individuals, etc. The search criteria include entity name, document date, type (partnership agreements, audits, tax returns, projections, etc) and others.
