Application Hosting

Integratec's data and application security, backup, disaster recovery and hot site access are provided through our data center relationship with SunGard Availability Services. SunGard is a SAS 70 Type II and ISO9003 certified data center. Our infrastructure and environment includes redundant web servers and database servers and takes advantage of the latest clustering and mirroring technology. Our environment has been scrutinized and approved by some of the largest financial institutions in the world.

Implementation and Historical Data Conversion

The typical timeframe for implementation of our data management services and Investor Central is 30-60 days. If we are implementing only data management services, 30 days is more likely.

The first and most important part of implementation is the data conversion effort. Finding, assessing, structuring and loading all relevant investment data is critical to configuring Investor Central to meet your unique process and reporting requirements.

Our teams are veterans of more than two dozen large scale historical data conversions and implementation. We are very efficient and will guide you through the process.

Technology Consulting

Supporting the delivery of Integratec’s software and data management services since 2002, Integratec’s technology team has a deep, practical knowledge of:
  • Report writing in Crystal, HTML and other formats. We have developed more than 800 custom reports.


  • Combining all of your historical data into a structured, accessible and valuable database. This historical data is often stored in Excel-based projection models, audits and tax returns stored as PDF and paper, Access databases and Word documents.


  • Moving data into and out of major property management software applications – we do this every day for more than 8000 properties.


  • Customizing and using OCR (optical character recognition) technologies that transfer data from images and paper into usable information.
