We know that the quality and business value of real estate analysis and reporting is only as good as the data available. For this reason, we built Integratec to make sure that the data – regardless of the format or quality in which it is received - is as consistent, accurate, complete and secure as possible.

Integratec’s strength in data management comes from our knowledge of industry data and the best processes to capture and use the data. On top of this knowledge, we have built our own processes, data capture tools, workflow management, and a comprehensive library of source data providers' systems.

Our software solutions for asset and risk management reflect our focus on accurate and complete data. With high confidence in the data, the reports we deliver that measure key performance indicators, at any level of investment, are succinct and valuable.

Integratec's staff consists of professionals with degrees in finance, real estate and information systems. Every Integratec employee understands the importance of delivering consistent, high-quality service, and each has the added benefit to our clients of understanding the data that drives their business.

History

Integratec was formed in 2001 as a joint venture with the Reznick Group, a leading national real estate accounting, tax and business advisory firm.

Integratec started with a vision to build software to manage low income housing tax credit assets. We have evolved into a company focused exclusively on improving the value of the data underlying your real estate investments and your ability to manage them.
